IMPORTANT - Suspending your service (due to schedule conflicts or any other reason)
If for any
reason your schedule changes you can cancel one or more meals subsequent to placing
your order (you ordered last week and suddenly have to go out of town and need to
stop some meals). Use the login on the home page to access your account and edit
your requirement. Using the pop down in the relevant menu item, select “I don’t
require this meal”. Once you have made this selection a credit will be passed on
your account. Credits are carried over to the following month. No refunds will be
made. The credit will reflect on your statement. Login and go to the statement section
to retrieve your statement.
Deadlines for suspending meals
Meals are delivered on
Sundays (Monday & Tuesday’s meals), Tuesdays (Wednesday & Thursday’s meals)
& Thursdays (Friday’s meals).
The preparation
of meals commence on the days preceding delivery and therefore cancellations after
the deadlines will not qualify for credits.
For the Sunday delivery (Monday & Tuesday’s meals) by 3pm of the previous Thursday
For the Tuesday delivery (Wednesday & Thursday’s meals) by 8:30 am on Monday
For the Thursday delivery (Friday’s meals) by 8:30 am on Wednesday
